  • Design Phase: Our research and analysis is summarized and presented in a detailed set of recommendations for a custom-designed solution that fits your business. We conduct incremental training for the users, including one-on-one or small group training prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where customers will validate each procedure and test deployment.

  • Test Phase: Design is validated during review and final acceptance of the customer's system.   • Deploy Phase:In this phase, Prestiva will roll-out the solution to the production environment, conduct user training and go-live.   • Support Phase (Post Implementation):Prestiva manages the internal system efficiently and provide proactive supports; this helps you to reduce the maintenance cost.
